Doing the work of ten people with the resources of none. Do they hold themselves to the same standard that you were held to, ya think? These were people by the way who had a relational duty to recognize you, and instead they made you prove your humanity in a room they had already contaminated.

A harmless presentation can be the delivery system for structural harm. Integrity is where you stand when nobody can carry the consequences for you, what are your ethics and morals? Not mine. Not God’s. Yours. Are you whole enough to know where you stand without borrowing someone else’s ethics, image, or authority?

Forced diplomacy is violence, and being forced to negotiate your own erasure is a violation of integrity and where diplomacy ends.
