The Skill Issue Society: Confused Their Own Inability With Proof That Yours Was Impossible Then Picked Character Assassination Over Skill Development, Required To Become Smaller To Be Believed
Anticipated reception was supposed to be the evidence and instead we have humiliating assumption. Despite a whole pack of losers’ consensus, you are allowed to create, appear, be talented, be angry, be direct, and occupy your own spaces without every appearance becoming a trial about whether you deserve to be here. I am not sure where these people get the notion that a reaction is suddenly a license to manufacture a biography. SOURCE: THEY MADE IT UP and you were judged under conditions that were never neutral.
You guys wanna see my source meme costume? It may or may not have been motivated by spite.
Anyway, here’s my pixel art software. I developed the watercolor system by picking apart what I had learned through years of painting not simply what watercolor looks like, but how it behaves, then translated those behaviors into pixel art logic. I did not want to create effect, I wanted to build from understanding of behavior, not a software imitation of appearance.
It’s fucking imperfect, I forgot to add a copy and paste feature.
The watercolor actively stays “wet” for blending of more colors and continuously dries, mimicking the behavior of watercolor. If you look at the bottom of the 2nd picture you can see actively how many cells are currently wet, and you can watch the pixels pigment drip down. You can add more water to it, pigment, you can change the direction it dries. When you put your cursor over the image, it will tell you if it is wet, dry, or damp, so you know at what point to add more pigment if you so choose.
Live drying simulation washes continue changing after the stroke is placed.
Pause and resume drying freeze the entire painting at its current wetness while you work.
Wetness aware painting every brush responds differently depending on whether it touches dry paper, damp paint, or a soaking-wet wash.
Pigment migration color travels through wet areas rather than merely blurring.
Tilt the Wash move wet pigment in any direction as though physically tipping the paper.
Instant Wet Pigment Nudge push an active wash without waiting for the natural drying cycle.
Intelligent blooms water drops create expanding cauliflower edges based on surrounding moisture.
Pigment settling heavier color gathers naturally in texture, edges, and low flow areas.
Edge development soft edges, dry edges, feathering, pooling, and dark rims emerge while drying.
Intelligent color mixing colors mingle inside the wash instead of becoming one flat digital blend.
Living Gradient multi color strokes evolve, mix, and continue their color sequence naturally across strokes.
