4.1. Clients may not record, screen-record, screenshot, transcribe, save, copy, share, or redistribute any portion of a session or written reading without explicit written permission.
4.2. This includes public posting, private forwarding, or using the material in any online content.
4.3. Unauthorized sharing constitutes a breach of this agreement.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All language, structures, frameworks, concepts, and written materials provided by Aurum Rose are copyrighted intellectual property.
5.2. Clients may not imitate, replicate, rebrand, or teach this material as their own.
5.3. Insight may be integrated into your life; it may not be repurposed as content.

6. AI + Machine Learning Prohibition
6.1. Clients may not upload, input, or feed any portion of a reading into AI training models, machine-learning systems, or data-scraping tools.
6.2. This includes ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI platform.
6.3. Doing so violates copyright and confidentiality.

7. Scope of Consent
7.1. A session only covers the subject matter agreed upon beforehand.
7.2. No unauthorized emotional dumping, emergency crises, or pressured reading requests will be honored.
7.3. Depth requires consent. Permission shapes the container.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Aurum Rose is not liable for decisions made, actions taken, or consequences resulting from any reading or interpretation.
8.2. You engage with this work voluntarily and accept all associated risks and responsibilities.
